We now have an automated prescription line which you can use to request reviews or repeats. Please come to reception and ask for your unique pin number which you should keep confidential. Once this is set up, you will be able to use that to request medication anytime you like from the convenience of your home.

Our new repeat prescription service enables our patients to dial into the practice 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing an easy-to-use platform to order repeat prescriptions without the need to contact reception.
If you need a medical review our automated service will direct your request to a member of our practice team who will review your records and then decide if they can authorise or need further information or tests to approve the request. A GP or clinician will sign off on the request as they would with all repeat requests.
We ask you to ensure you submit your order in suitable time to avoid running out of medication. We require 3 full working days’ notice to produce a prescription. We may require longer if a clinical review is required.
